You can install this only on Android 2.2 , And in order to do this there is no need to have ROOT access, but if by chance if you have installed some custom rom for Android -2.1 , then too the  installation is  possible.

NOTE: Do at your own risk, any installation process or update functions has its own risks, we are not responsible for any problem .

1) Download the beta and install FlashTool 0.2.9.1 in C: so create a folder named FlashTool and batize.

Download FlashTool version 0.2.9.1 Beta

2. Now download DualToch the (multi touch) to X10i/battery charger concept and copy into the firmwares folder of FlashTool

Download Dual touch (Multi touch) to X10i

3. click with the right mouse on ‘ X10FlashTool ‘ and run it as administrator.

4. In FlashTool which is already opened click on ‘ Flash ‘ and select the file * FTF Dual Toch and click OK.

5. Please wait a little, will arise next image

6.After that disconnect the device and unplug your phone

7.Now hold the back button and plug the USB cable in PC.

8.After that wait for the completion of the process and disconnect the USB cable.

I haven’t had any problem or event as the steps above on my Xperia battery charger concept, and it was very good to have
multi touch on this device. In some  cases you may need to disable Firewall, anti virus windows …

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Run Android 2.3 Gingerbread – Sony Ericsson Dev Team Preparing

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 or Xperia X10 Mini Pro, which are based on Benchmark tests, is running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread rather than Android 2.2 Froyo. While the original Xperia X10 mini will release in February 2011 at Mobile World Congress, which makes sense that Sony Ericsson would be preparing the second version for the same Trade to the Future.

This Sony Ericsson unnamed Device, which is running Android 2.3 Gingerbread will apparently come with a 3-inch multi-touch Display with 320 x 480 Pixels resolution, and also built with 1GHz Processor and an Adreno 205 GPU.

While compared to the exsisting Xperia X10 range, the Hardware buttons n the front face are in reserve order and is also consistent ith most models leaked to date including the ANZU and this Handset gets some pretty good Neocore (24.5fps) and Quadrant (1,533) Benchmarks too.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro

We'd heard a few whispers of Sony Ericsson's Xperia X10 mini, but frankly, the X10 mini pro here comes as a bit of a surprise. The sets are nearly identical with the exception of launch colors -- the mini will ship in black, pearl white, lime, pink, red and silver, while the mini pro features just black and red -- a minuscule size difference, and the pro packing a QWERTY keyboard. The X10 twins run Android 1.6 (though with the time to market gap we've come to expect from SE this could change) on a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 and will ship in both North American and global 3G variants with quad-band EDGE, WiFi, Bluetooth, and a pack-in 2GB microSD card. As far as OS tweaks are concerned, Sony Ericsson's Timescape is being touted as a major feature that enables all your communications with contacts to be accessed in one place making it simple to access to call history, Facebook, Twitter, messaging, and the like.

Four-corner control also gets a mention and is basically user-customizable shortcut icons placed -- not surprisingly -- in each corner of the device's 2.5-inch QVGA touchscreen display. Both phones' launch dates are set for sometime in Q2 this year.
