LG Cookie

LG has announced the LG Cookie (which is called Wink in rest of world) range of mobiles that are aimed at younger users.

LG hopes that the new range will give younger users a reason to upgrade their budget mobiles and join the touch-screen revolution.

The first mobile in the range is the LG Cookie, which has a 2.4 inch touch-screen that displays a virtual QWERTY keypad in either portrait or landscape mode. It also has a 3.5 mm headphone socket for plugging in your favourite headphones, an FM radio and microSD support for storing music, photos and videos.

The second new mobile is the LG Cookie Style, which is identical to the Wink apart from feature a slightly larger 2.8 inch touch-screen and also features accents on the front button panel. It comes in variety of colour options giving the youngsters a chance to express themselves.

The 3rd new mobile is the LG Cookie 3G which adds 3G support to the LG Wink so you can keep up to date with your social networks and send and receive emails using advanced email technology.

All 3 mobiles will be launching in Europe in August and will probably come in well under £100.
