Sony-Ericsson Jalou cell phone - Sony Ericsson jalou today unveiled the Dolce & Gabbana Jalou -- a special edition handset designed by the Italian luxury brand featuring 24-carat gold accents.
Beautiful inside and out, The Sony-Ericsson Jalou mobile phone exudes style as well as substance for the ultimate in chic communication. Sony Ericsson's latest style statement is only 73mm long - shorter than your favorite lipstick, it is easy to slip into the tiniest clutch or jacket pocket and is full of essential cell phone features. Never mind a signature necklace or over sized shades;The Sony-Ericsson Jalou is the perfect accessory. Known for its expertise in design and technology, Sony Ericsson explored art, architecture and furniture trends whilst delving deep into the couture and fashion world to ensure Jalou encapsulates some of the hottest fashion trends which will emerge next year 2010.
The specification list ofthe phone also shows a 240 x 320 pixel resolution for the display, with support for 262,144 colors, a 1.3-inch external display that boasts an 128 x 36 pixel resolution, a 3.2-megapixel photo snapper with video recording capabilities, video light and geo tagging, Bluetooth stereo (A2DP), FM radio with RDS, USBsupport, A-GPS (for the US version only), microSD memory card slot, and a battery that can provide up to 7 hours of talk time or up to 350 hours of standby time.
It support for GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and UTMS/HSPA 900/1700/2100 frequencies. The Sony Ericsson Jalou measures 73 x 45 x 18.2 mm, weighs 84 grams.The Jalou Dolce&Gabbana will also launch in the 4th Quarter of 2009 in it’s exclusive Sparkling Rose colour.

At the same time, the device also comes with a wide range of features, including a media player with support for
TrackID,The NetFront web browser,Support for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync,Instant messaging,MMS, SMS and Email, video streaming, Google Maps and 3D games, a YouTube application.
